The pre-setting marker is fastened as a tag above the valve or pipe. The setting of the respective valve is marked by cutting or breaking off the teeth at the figures for full and partial turns. This permit checking and/or restoration of the original presetting made on the occasion of the system set-up after servicing without having to rely on documentation.

    Pressure Independent Balancing Control Valves (PIBCV):

    Pressure Independent Balancing Control Valve, or PIBCV as it is commonly known, is a multi-functional valve, combining the operation of 3 different valves in one convenient and compact unit.  The PIBCV acts as a differential pressure control valve, a regulating valve and a 2-port control valve.

    Compact design, dezincification resistant brass body, external thread connection and with cone, Combined flow rate controller and control valve, pressure independent. Actuator mounting threaded connection M 28 x 1.5 with operating range 4.0 mm. Compression adapters and press connections have to be ordered separately. The actuating drive is not included.

     

    Advantages:

     

    Use of these valves in a commercial heating or cooling system allows comfort levels to be optimized at least cost, reducing ongoing energy consumption and improving the efficiency of the system to outstanding levels.
